"Shipping is taking... forever"
I’m still waiting after two weeks, and honestly... I’m disappointed. I get that delays happen, but this feels like way too long

"They actually had the part"
I was just glad they had the part I needed in stock. Saved me from running all over the place, which I was fully expecting to do. Quick and easy, and that’s all I needed.

"Box was beat up"
So, the tool itself was totally fine, but the packaging looked rough when it arrived. Like, the box was definitely beat up, though thankfully nothing inside seemed damaged

"Pretty much what I expected, solid tools"
I ordered a couple of tools from JB Tools, and they were about as good as I figured they’d be. I’d heard decent things before, so this kind of confirmed what I already thought. Everything felt solid in hand and worked the way it was supposed to. I’m not going all the way to 5 stars because one of the items had a small scuff on it, but it didn’t affect how it worked at all. Overall, I’m happy with the order and would probably buy from them again.

"Simple site that made finding tools easy"
The site was easy to use, so I didn’t have to spend much time figuring things out. The search and filters helped narrow everything down fast, which made it simple to find the tools I needed. Pages loaded quickly, and checkout was clear, so the whole process felt smooth. Nothing fancy, but it worked well for me.

The tracking mostly worked, but I was a little confused at times. Some updates came in late, so I wasn’t always sure where things actually were. Communication could definitely be clearer.

I checked a few tool sites before ordering, and JB Tools had better prices on the smaller items I needed. Shipping wasn’t free on my order, but even with that added in, the total still ended up being cheaper.
The item arrived as described and was packed well. It wasn’t the fastest shipping ever, but it was fine and everything worked out without any issues.
Overall, it was a simple, useful place to grab what I needed at a fair price. I’d order from them again if the deal makes sense, though I do wish the shipping cost was a little clearer up front.

"Had to wait way too long for my return"
I returned my order and then basically had to sit around and be patient whether I wanted to or not. The refund took way longer than it should have, and when I contacted support, they didn’t really do much besides tell me to keep waiting. Frustrating experience overall.

"Arrived right on schedule"
Ordered a tool and it showed up exactly when they said it would. Tracking was simple enough to follow. No issues, no hassle. Just what I needed. I’d definitely order from them again.
